Arranging local culture and festival in every weekend is the general practice of Japanese society. Today we have joined in ‘Soba Festival’. Soba is native Japanese noodles made of buckwheat flour (soba-ko) and wheat flour (komugi-ko), which is roughly thick like spaghetti. We have enjoyed Soba with local variety vegetable food, however watched traditional papet show in the event. I am impressed by enjoying Japanese many types’ vegetarian food, special soba and storytelling with pa-pet show.
