Hanami – flower watching ( Sakura ) festival in Japan

Hanami is the open air public nature viewing parties and festivals during spring cherry blossom (sakura) Japan. Yesterday I have joined in the biggest Hamami in Iino area. In the exotic natural views, painted by Cherry flowers, there was held a traditional cultural shows, dance, song and performance. Just like a big picnic, whole day and night. In foothill, we have watch cultural events with the open heart, and eat different type of foods and drink until the control. There was borders and boundaries even race, sex and religions; all are human and peaceful. I am very impressed to see free human souls…I missed to take camera, but take some by my mobile set. Hanami custom has been observing since the 7th century when the aristocrats enjoyed looking at the cherry blossoms and wrote poems.

There is many famous cherry blossom viewing spots all over Japan. By the by, I would like to mentioned, sakura is the national flower of Japan, and there are over four hundred varieties of cherry trees in Japan. Sakura is different from the cherry of other countries. The Japanese cherry tree does not yield fruit like other cherry trees.
